ByJessica Wellington Leave a Comment August 14, 2019

To create a fun batch of scented putty, check out the easy recipe below.

Putty is everywhere! From stores to the web, you can’t escape a package of putty or a recipe for creating the goopy stuff.

A lot of recipes require things that most families don’t have on hand at home. However, I have a recipe that uses easily accessible ingredients. I’m sure you already have them in your house.

Not only does this putty feel perfectly slimy, but it also smells fantastic! You can easily change up the appearance and scent of this putty by using a different shampoo. The possibilities are endless.

This putty is a very light pink color and isn’t quite as sticky as other recipes. We added glitter, because everything is better with glitter…at least, in our opinion. You could also add food coloring if you want your putty to be more colorful.

Combine the two ingredients and stir until combined.

Sprinkle corn starch on a surface and knead the putty until it has a smooth consistency.

You can also add glitter to make sparkly putty.

I hope you enjoy this easy putty recipe! For more fun, check out this post for sparkly cherry scented play dough.
