Prime Rib

I cant think of a better meal for a special occasion than prime rib. I love prime rib because it is so easy to prepare and tastes incredible.

This recipe features a very simple way to prepare this type of meat. It is easy to follow and will allow you to make a restaurant quality prime rib in your very own kitchen.

Prime rib makes a great holiday meal for a crowd or just your immediate family.


Prime Rib Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5-6lb prime rib
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1/3 cup garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup sea salt
Instructions:
  1. Remove the rosemary from the stem and mix with the salts.
  2. Pat the mixture all over the roast.
  3. Place in a roasting pan with the fat side up.
  4. Bake at 350 in a roasting pan for approximately 2- 2&1/2 hours.
  5. Use a meat thermometer to ensure you have reached your preferred cooking level.

The result is an amazing prime rib with very little prep work. I hope you and your guests enjoy this delicious meal.
