Chocolate covered pretzels make a great party favor or Valentines Day giveaway. You can tailor these pretzels to any holiday by changing the sprinkles.
I used pink, red and white sprinkles for Valentines Day. To complete the gift, I’m going to put the pretzels in heart cellophane bags and tie with a pretty ribbon.
This is a great kid-friendly recipe. Your kids could easily dip the pretzels and cover them with sprinkles.

Valentines Day Chocolate Covered Pretzels
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup white chocolate (I used Ghirardelli)
1/4 tsp. oil
Sprinkles
Melt the chocolate in the microwave on low and stir every 15 seconds.
Add the oil once the chocolate starts to melt.
Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate and place a cooling rack over a cookie sheet.
While the pretzels are still wet, cover with your favorite sprinkles.
