This week’s question: Any healthy kid snack recommendations?
Several months ago, I came a cross a brand of cookies that were new to me. They are called WhoNu nutrition rich cookies. Not only do these cookies taste great, they contain 20 essential vitamins and minerals and three grams of fiber per serving. I only found two flavors, but according to the company’s Web site (www.whonucookies.com), there are several different options.
Not only do these make a great snack, they are also ideal for school lunches. I like these cookies because they taste delicious. You would never guess they are a healthy product.
