Inexpensive Christmas Tree Decorations

ByJessica Wellington Leave a Comment December 16, 2013

I love Christmas trees of all shapes, sizes and colors. I have several trees all over my house. However, decorating the trees can get expensive. I really wanted to come up with a way to let my daughter decorate a tree with inexpensive, kid-friendly ornaments. I decided to use Christmas bows. Recently, I purchased a big box of bows from Costco for all of my Christmas presents. I decided to use those bows as inexpensive Christmas tree decorations.

I gave my daughter the box of bows and she placed them on top of the tree branches. The bows are self-adhesive. However, we didn’t remove the backing before decorating the tree. The bows are a great because I didn’t have to worry about her breaking one. We think our tree is really cute. When we wrap our gifts, we are going to use the bows off of the tree. I decided to make this a new Christmas decorating tradition. I will always need bows and Christmas tree decorations, so this project is a perfect fit.
