Frozen Grapes

ByJessica Wellington 3 Comments April 1, 2013

I found out about frozen grapes during a visit to my grandfather’s house. I was surprised when I opened his freezer and found a small bowl of grapes. He told me that they make a great snack. I tried one and was hooked. Now, my whole family eats them.

To prepare frozen grapes, you remove them from the stem. Then, rinse and dry them. Finally, put them in a small bowl in the freezer. I don’t cover my bowl. I just put an open Ziploc container in the freezer without a lid.

If you want to feed them to a younger child, I would cut them into pieces first.

We like frozen grapes, too. They’re almost more fun to eat that way than unfrozen.
