Elf on the Shelf Toasting Marshmallows

This is a two part Elf on the Shelf antic. If you Google search elf ideas, there are lots of pictures of elves toasting marshmallows. We took it a step further. We actually toasted their tiny marshmallows. It is super simple to do with a creme brulee torch.

Not only did our elves toast their own marshmallows, they left a surprise for my daughter. They left her a plate of large toasted marshmallows and a note. My daughter was so thrilled to wake up and find her favorite treat.
