This delicious lemonade has a surprising twist: rosemary. You will love this variation.
Ingredients
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
2 lemons
4-6 sprigs of rosemary
Pitcher full of cold water
Instructions
In a pot make a simple syrup by combining one cup of sugar, one cup of water and a few pieces of rosemary. Bring the mixture to a boil and then lower the temperature and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside until cooled.
Once the syrup has cooled add it to a large pitcher.
Fill the pitcher with cold water.
Roll two lemons on your counter to release the juice. Cut each lemon in half and squeeze into the pitcher.
Serve in a glass with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
