Easy DIY Valentine’s Day Tree

ByJessica Wellington 1 Comment February 11, 2020

See how we turned our Christmas tree into a fantastic Valentine’s Day decoration!

After Christmas, my daughter really didn’t want to take down our Christmas tree. Let’s be honest, I didn’t want to take it down either. It is a really large tree, and I really don’t have a place to store it yet.

So, we made pipe cleaner hearts and a few other DIY decorations to add to the tree. I also used pink streamers, Valentine’s Day balloons and a few other things we had around the house to turn the tree into a phenomenal decoration! My favorite part of the tree is the top. We surrounded the LED Christmas star with balloons. By doing so, we can see still see the light effects from the star.

It is amazing how many simple household items you can use to make decorations. From birthday streamers to old photo booth props, you can turn all of these things into something sensational!

I hope you enjoy this fun Valentine’s Day project!
