Thanksgiving Leftover Waffles

ByJessica Wellington 1 Comment November 10, 2013

Happy Thanksgiving!

Right now, we are all focused on preparing our amazing Thanksgiving meals. After the special day passes, we are all left pondering one simple question. What about the leftovers? There are so many things you can do with all of your Thanksgiving leftovers.

You could make an amazing sandwich, soup, or turkey pot pie. You could also try one of my family’s favorite meals: turkey and dumplings.

Sure, you could make the classic leftovers and enjoy a few more good meals. In order to try something new, I decided to make a unique meal with my Thanksgiving leftovers. I didn’t change any of the flavors. I simply changed the way the leftovers are eaten.

Let me tell you, the results were really delicious.

Now, I’m a firm believer that anything cooked in a waffle maker will taste pretty darn amazing. So, I figured I would cook stuffing in my waffle maker.

I used my leftover stuffing. The waffle maker completely transformed the stuffing into a somewhat crunchy, delicious platform for the rest of the Thanksgiving leftovers. When you put stuffing in your waffle maker, you get really, really great results.
