The Bagel Burger

ByJessica Wellington 2 Comments February 15, 2013

If you want to try a simple variation on a family favorite, try using a slightly toasted bagel instead of a hamburger bun. Instead of melting cheese on the hamburger, I toast it on the bagel in the toaster oven. It is a small change that makes a big difference. Everyone in your family will love it.

Great idea. My husband gets tired of plain old hamburger buns. Sometimes I make them from scratch but using a bagel would be a lot easier.
