Char-Broil The Big Easy Oil-Less Infrared Turkey Fryer Review

ByJessica Wellington Leave a Comment November 19, 2011

Once my family tried fried turkey we never looked back. Every year we would buy the peanut oil, set up the fryer and wait impatiently as our turkey sizzled in the oil. Even though we successfully cooked a fried turkey for four years, it was a pain to deal with the clean up and all of the safety precautions. A couple of years ago, we came across Char-Broil The Big Easy Oil-Less Infrared Turkey Fryer. We set the other fryer aside and haven’t used it since we made this purchase. It works great, cooks the turkey much faster than an oven, works without oil and the clean up is minimal. It even has a drawer that catches drippings so that you can use it for gravy. The best part is that the turkey is so moist, we no longer have to spend time injecting it ahead of time with marinade. We only put butter and seasonings under the skin and in the cavity and that is it. We use this infrared fryer for almost every holiday now because it does a great job cooking virtually any type of roast or large piece of meat.
