Like most people, I dont like exercising very much. However, in order to stay healthy, it is something I try to do at least five days a week. I’ve tried running on a treadmill, workout DVDs and yoga to no avail. I seem to lose interest in these activities and get bored pretty easily. I first came into contact with a recumbent bike while I was getting physical therapy for a sprained ankle. As I rode the bike every week, I thought about how easy it was to do. When my physical therapy was over, I decided to buy my own. I did a lot of research and finally decided on the Stamina 4825 Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike. When I purchased it last year, I paid around $200 for it. I ride my bike most days and it allows me to keep an eye on my toddler who is in the same room. I have stuck with it and actually look forward to exercising.
