Chili Cornbread Casserole
- 2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cups milk
- 2 cups of prepared chili
- Grease a casserole dish.
- Combine the corn muffin mix, the eggs and milk. Stir until thoroughly incorporated. Set aside.
- Fill the bottom of the dish with the chili.
- Cover the top with the corn muffin batter.
- Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
