Homemade Pizza With Stuffed Crust
 
Ingredients
  • 1 package of yeast
  • 1&1/2 cups warm water
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Black olives (halved)
  • 7-10 string cheeses
Instructions
  1. Combine the yeast and warm water. Stir until combined. Let the yeast proof for 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixer, add the flour, salt, honey and olive oil to the the yeast mixture. Mix until incorporated and a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough in your mixer with a dough hook or on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  4. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours.
  5. Once the dough has doubled in size, preheat the oven to 425.
  6. Lightly oil (with olive oil) a baking sheet and your hands.
  7. Take half of the dough and press it into a circle shape.
  8. Insert a string cheese at the edge of the dough leaving a ½ inch gap. Use the gap to cover the string cheese.
  9. Continue inserting string cheeses until you've created a complete stuffed crust.
  10. Add sauce, cheese and olives.
  11. Bake at 425 for 13 minutes.
