Fried Pickle Spears
 
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 5-6 drops Tabasco
Dry Ingredients
  • 1¾ cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cajun seasoning
Additional Ingredients
  • Dill pickle spears
  • Oil (I prefer peanut)
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil to 350.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Put pickles in dry batter, then wet batter and repeat.
  5. Fry for approximately 3-4 minutes.
