Crock Pot Barbecue

Ingredients
  • One 40 oz. bottle barbecue sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray's)
  • One 3-5lb. pork shoulder
Instructions
  1. Put the meat in the crock pot.
  2. Pour the barbecue sauce on top of the meat.
  3. It is OK if the barbecue sauce doesn't completely cover the meat.
  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  5. Remove meat and shred.
  6. Serve with extra barbecue sauce.
