Creme Brulee No Bake Cheesecakes
 
Ingredients
  • 2 blocks of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup of powdered sugar
  • ¾ can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ tsp. vanilla bean paste (you could also use extract)
  • Sugar to create the topping
Instructions
  1. Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and continue beating.
  4. Slowly add the sweetened condensed milk
  5. Add the vanilla extract.
  6. Continue beating until fluffy and incorporated.
  7. Spoon the batter into ramekins.
  8. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  9. When ready to serve, top each ramekin with 1 tsp. sugar.
  10. Using a torch, caramelize the sugar.
