Blackberry Overnight Oatmeal
 
Ingredients
  • 1&1/2 tsp. chia seeds
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 4-5 blackberries
Instructions
  1. In a jar, smash the blackberries.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir thoroughly.
  3. Allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. The next morning, top with fresh strawberries.
