Prime Rib

Ingredients
  • 5-6lb prime rib
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • ⅓ cup garlic salt
  • ¼ cup sea salt
Instructions
  1. Remove the rosemary from the stem and mix with the salts.
  2. Pat the mixture all over the roast.
  3. Place in a roasting pan with the fat side up.
  4. Bake at 350 in a roasting pan for approximately 2- 2&1/2 hours.
  5. Use a meat thermometer to ensure you have reached your preferred cooking level.
