Prime Rib
- 5-6lb prime rib
- 1 sprig rosemary
- ⅓ cup garlic salt
- ¼ cup sea salt
- Remove the rosemary from the stem and mix with the salts.
- Pat the mixture all over the roast.
- Place in a roasting pan with the fat side up.
- Bake at 350 in a roasting pan for approximately 2- 2&1/2 hours.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure you have reached your preferred cooking level.
