Breakfast Taco Cups
- 8 eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 10 pieces of bacon or ham (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- Cooking spray
- ½ cup Pace Salsa
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Use the cooking spray to coat a muffin pan.
- Take a two wonton wrappers and place inside each muffin opening.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until incorporated.
- Add ½ cup of the cheese, bacon and Pace Salsa. Stir to combine.
- Fill each wonton cup with the egg mixture.
- Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Top with Pace Salsa.
