Breakfast Taco Cups
 
Ingredients
  • 8 eggs
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 10 pieces of bacon or ham (roughly chopped)
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ cup Pace Salsa
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Use the cooking spray to coat a muffin pan.
  3. Take a two wonton wrappers and place inside each muffin opening.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until incorporated.
  5. Add ½ cup of the cheese, bacon and Pace Salsa. Stir to combine.
  6. Fill each wonton cup with the egg mixture.
  7. Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Top with Pace Salsa.
