Texas Buttermilk Scrambled Eggs
- 6 Lone Star Eggs
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Whisk eggs, buttermilk, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Once it starts bubbling, begin breaking up the eggs.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
