Sheet Pan Apple Crisp Recipe
- 1 box Betty Crocker pie crust mix (only use one package)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 9 cups apples
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter cubed
- ¼ cup oats
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare the crust according to package instructions.
- Cover the bottom of a sheet pan (I used 18x13) with the crust.
- Bake the crust for 5 minutes and remove from oven.
- Combine the sugars, flour and cinnamon.
- Add the apples and stir to coat thoroughly.
- Put the flour, sugars, butter and oats into a bowl.
- Use a pastry cutter or criss cross two butter knives to combine the mixture until it resembles crumbs.
- Layer the apple mixture on top of the crust.
- Top with the oat, sugar, flour and butter mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
